We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, colour, or design was selected due to the cost of producing a one-off custom product but customers can return their purchases if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error, or do not match the listing description.

The producer offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery where the product never arrives, you can opt for either a reprint for an extra charge or a partial refund.
